Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Rogers, AR team.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare Civil design calculations, construction drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction documents
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
- Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
- Collaborate with architects and designers and contractors on design and construction of projects
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare Engineer Reports & Studies
- Prepare Proposals and Contracts
- Prepare Construction Estimates
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years design experience
- Licensed PE required
- Experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and land development.
- Excellent written and communication skills
